Kevin Durkin is Founder and Managing Director of Durkin Group. He has built a national reputation as a leading practitioner in credit risk support for the secured finance industry. He has deep expertise in secured loan due diligence, collateral monitoring and fraud investigation.

Prior to forming Durkin Group, Kevin founded, developed and successfully managed the Lender Services Practice at an international professional services firm with offices in the US and Canada.

He is a CPA with an MBA and more than thirty years of asset backed/based industry experience. Kevin managed internal field examination departments developing hundreds of industry professionals and is an experienced educator having been a lecturer for the SFNet’s professional development programs and an adjunct associate professor teaching undergraduate courses in accounting and finance. He is a frequent speaker on secured loan collateral analysis and related topics and has been published in accountancy and secured industry publications.
