Kelly is a CPA with an MBA in Banking and Finance with over thirty years of diversified due diligence experience in the banking and asset based lending industries. Kelly began her career at a non-bank asset based lender as a field examiner then became an internal audit officer at two large National bank corporations prior to returning to field examination and joining Durkin Group in 2001.

Kelly has extensive experience as an engagement supervisor and field examiner in a variety of industries including manufacturing, importing, apparel, lending/financing, employment and consulting services, commodities broker/dealers, and consumer product distribution companies, both domestically and internationally. She has performed and/or managed more than 1,200 engagements ranging from $1MM to $1 billion, including: Cash Flow, Asset Based, Factoring, Retail, Bankruptcy, Workout, and Mergers/Acquisitions, for syndicated and non-syndicated transactions. Kelly is also the Practice Leader for Durkin Group’s Healthcare business unit which includes the training of field examiners, providing a knowledge base and support for examiners while overseeing engagements, as well as working with clients to provide the proper lending structure and reporting requirements for clients’ customers in this industry.
