Andrea Warren

Andrea has over twenty years of experience in asset based lending and commercial finance. Prior to joining Durkin Group, Andrea worked in the Structured Lending Group at a Birmingham, AL based bank with a footprint primarily in the Southern U.S. and Texas. During that time, she held roles in both field examination and account management.

Andrea has a background in due diligence, collateral monitoring (including distressed companies, loan structuring, quality of earnings and fraud investigation. She has consistently and effectively managed large teams of survey, recurring and special/defined scope exams for loans ranging up to $500 million. Andrea has experience in various industries including, but not limited to: transportation/logistics, manufacturing, distribution, specialty finance, grocery, restaurant, retail, personnel services, automotive, aerospace, construction and government contracting. Andrea serves as Durkin Group’s practice leader for transportation/logistics exams, providing a knowledge base and support for examiners performing exams on clients’ customers in this industry.
